Summary

Your photos are used only to make your video. We delete them 30 days after upload. The AI service that renders your video processes them too and has its own retention rules.
We do not sell your data or use your photos for our own AI training.
You can ask us to delete your account and videos at any time.
Only upload photos of adults who agreed to be in the video; you confirm this before every video.

Account details: your name, email address and profile picture when you sign in with Google.
Photos you upload: the two photos you add to create a video (one for the dancer in front, one for the dancer behind).
Videos we make for you: the finished MP4 and the clips used to build it.
Payment records: Stripe processes all payments. We see the amount, the date and the credit pack you bought, never your full card number.
Technical and security data: session information, IP address, browser information and service logs used to keep the site working and prevent abuse.

Cloudflare hosts the site and stores account, task and media data.
A third-party AI video service processes your photos and the generated media to make your video. The models it runs may process this data through their own providers.
Stripe processes payments when you buy credits.
Resend delivers the emails we send you, such as sign-in and account emails.
These providers may process data outside your country. Their use and retention of data depend on the model and service used and are subject to the applicable service terms and privacy policies.

To make your A2O LITE NEON duo video. Your photos are sent to our AI video service only for that purpose.
To keep your credits, purchases and videos in your account.
To answer your support requests and prevent abuse.

Uploaded photos: deleted 30 days after upload. Copies sent to our AI video service and its model providers have their own retention rules; deleting our copy does not delete those copies.
Finished videos: kept in your account until you ask us to delete them or close your account.
Payment records: kept as long as the law requires.

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data. Email us at support@a2oliteneondance.org and we will reply within 30 days.

Account and video deletion requests are handled by email. Payment records that we are required to retain may remain after an account is closed.
