Using A2O LITE NEON AI

A2O LITE NEON AI makes 15-second AI duo dance videos from the two photos you upload. By using the site you agree to these terms.

You must be at least 18 and have reached the age of majority where you live to use this service.

Only upload photos of yourself or of people who agreed to have their photos processed by AI to create this video. You must also have the right to use the photos. Before every video you confirm that you are 18 or older and that the people in the photos agreed.
Do not upload photos of celebrities, public figures or anyone under 18.
No NSFW content: do not upload or use the service to create nudity, pornography, sexual activity, sexually explicit content or non-consensual intimate imagery.
Do not use the service to create violent or hateful content, harassment, or impersonation intended to deceive or harm someone.
You keep your rights to your photos. You allow us and our AI service providers to process them to make and deliver your video, as described in the Privacy Policy.
We may refuse, stop or delete any video that breaks these rules, and close the account that made it.

You may download and share the videos made from your photos for personal, non-commercial use.
The dance and the song come from the A2O LITE NEON music video. We do not own them and cannot give you rights to them. Do not use the video in paid ads or other commercial work.
The video with sound includes the NEON intro audio. We also give you a silent copy, so you can add the sound inside apps like TikTok under their own licenses.
A2O LITE NEON AI is an independent fan-made tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by A2O Entertainment or A2O LITE.
AI results vary. We cannot promise that every face, outfit or movement will look exactly like your photo.

Credits are bought in one-time packs. There is no subscription.
Credits never expire and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Each video costs the credits shown on the generator: 100 for 480p, 200 for 720p. If a video fails, the credits are returned automatically.
A credit pack whose credits are all unused can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy.

A2O LITE NEON AI is provided "as is". We do not promise it will always be available, error-free or produce a result you like.
We may change, pause or stop the service or any part of it. If we shut it down for good, we will refund your unused credits.

You can ask us to close your account at any time by email.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, for example by uploading photos of people who did not agree, of anyone under 18, or of NSFW content. Credits left in an account closed for breaking these terms are not refunded.

You are responsible for the photos you upload and for how you share the videos you make.
If someone makes a claim against us because of photos you uploaded or videos you shared in breach of these terms, you agree to cover the costs that result.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, lost data or harm to reputation.
Our total liability to you for any claim about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights under applicable consumer law.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
