Failed videos return their credits automatically; unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days
Failed videos return their credits
If a video fails for any reason, including when the AI rejects a photo, the credits it used go back to your balance automatically. You do not need to ask.
Refunds within 14 days
You can get a full refund of a credit pack within 14 days of purchase, as long as none of its credits have been used. If you bought more than one pack, the credits you use count against your earliest pack first.
To ask for a refund, email support@a2oliteneondance.org with the email address of your account. We refund to your original payment method through Stripe and remove the pack's credits from your balance. Your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show the refund.
Once credits from a pack have been used for a video, that pack can no longer be refunded. Credits returned from failed videos count as unused.
Credits
Credits come in one-time packs and never expire. A 480p video uses 100 credits; a 720p video uses 200.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any refund or other rights you have under applicable consumer law.
